Why did my order take longer?

A: Some packages may experience delays due to customs or high shipping volume.

For example, our own test order placed June 19th arrived by July 3rd - right within the 7-15 day window.

Do you offer refunds?

A: Absolutely! We offer a 60-day refund policy. Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm it’s in good working condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. (Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.)
